The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico from any available funds in the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico not otherwise appropriated. Said amount shall be covered into a fund to be known as the 'Farm Credit Security Fund', and shall be exclusively devoted to the security of crop loans as provided by §§ 181—185a of this title. In addition to the above mentioned sum, the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico for administrative expenses in connection with the implementing of said sections.
