A Board is hereby created which shall be composed of the Secretary of Agriculture, the Agricultural Promotion and Development Administrator, the Chairman of the Farm Credit Corporation, the Chairman of the Government Development Bank, and a farmer, who shall be appointed by the Governor for a four-year term. Said Board shall have the powers and duties determined by regulations, according to the provisions of §§ 181—185a of this title.
