Concerning watchdogs under a lease contract, is shall be the duty of the owner, operator, trainer or employee trained in handling and care of the dogs mentioned herein, to ensure that said personnel make follow-up visits to the sites where the dogs are providing security services in order to verify that their physical condition, their surrounding environment, and their water and food supply are well taken care of. In case any of the aforementioned conditions is not adequate for the safety or health of the dogs, it shall be the duty of said person to immediately seek to correct the adverse condition.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 1995, No. 157, § 10.
