Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as a misdemeanor and shall entail a fine of three hundred dollars ($300), or imprisonment of not more than six (6) months, or both penalties at the discretion of the court.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 1995, No. 157, § 12.
