The Office for the Regulation and Promotion of the Beef Industry is hereby created in the Department of Agriculture of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Among other functions provided in §§ 3001—3012 of this title, this Office shall be responsible to adopt and put into effect programs and measures geared to foster the development of a prosperous cattle industry, as well as to solve the various situations and problems related to the production, promotion, distribution and sale of beef.\nHistory —Nov. 29, 1992, No. 95, § 3, eff. 60 days after Nov. 29, 1992.
