The Office shall be directed and administered by an Administrator appointed by the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture. The Secretary shall fix the salary or remuneration of the Administrator according to the norms usually followed by the Department for positions of an equal or similar nature or with the same level of responsibility.\nThe Administrator shall discharge his office at the will of the Secretary, and shall be a person of acknowledged competency and experience in the field of beef production, importing, sales and marketing.\nHistory —Nov. 29, 1992, No. 95, § 5, eff. 60 days after Nov. 29, 1992.
