When agreed upon, the sharecropper shall have the right of habitation, for himself and family, in any house or hut on the property [that is] the object of the contract. Should there be no house on the property for the habitation of the sharecropper, and should the landholder fail to construct one in accordance with the contract, the sharecropper may build such house with his own money and means; Provided, That in such case, when the contract expires, the sharecropper shall be bound to sell, and the landholder to buy the house, in accordance with such appraisal as may be made by experts appointed for the purpose.
