The Administrative Judge, or the judge whom he delegates, shall dismiss all civil causes which have been pending for more than six months without any proceeding having been taken therein by any of the parties. Motions for extensions shall not be considered a proceeding for the purposes of this rule. The dismissal under this rule shall constitute res judicata. History —May 23, 1975, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
