The Administrative Director of the Courts shall prepare annually a vacation schedule for the judges according to the needs of the service.At the beginning of each natural year the Administrative Judge will determine the dates when the other officers and employees of his part shall enjoy their annual vacation leave during the course of the year in the manner most compatible with the needs of the service, and he shall submit a vacation schedule to the Administrative Director of the Courts.All other aspects concerning vacation and sick leaves of judges and other officers and employees of the Court of First Instance shall be governed by the Rules of Administration of the Personnel System for the Judicial Branch of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and by the Regulations of the Administration of the Personnel System for the Judicial Branch of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico approved on August 30, 1974.
