Hearings of ex parte proceedings, special legal proceedings, and applications for judgment by default shall be held at the request of either party on each Friday except when Friday is a holiday, when they shall be held on the first following available Friday before the judge or judges to whom they have been assigned. In case of extraordinary circumstances at the request of a party, the court may set said hearings for any other day. History —May 23, 1975, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
