These rules are adopted by the Supreme Court pursuant to § 19 of the Judiciary Act, Act No. 11 of July 14, 1952, as amended, § 122 of this title. They shall govern all appeals from the District Court to the Court of First Instance, both in civil and criminal cases. History —June 7, 1979, eff. Oct. 1, 1979.
