In executing a warrant of arrest, marshals shall be alert and take every possible measure of safety for their own protection as well as for the protection of other persons assisting them. They shall avoid causing any unnecessary fear or humiliation to a person [being] arrested. They shall always maintain a firm, considerate, and formal attitude in accordance with their position.
