The Division of Appeals of the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico shall be composed of those sessions and sections as are established by the Chief Justice pursuant to these rules.The official seal of the Division of Appeals of the Court of First Instance shall be the same as the seal adopted for the Supreme Court, substituting the words 'Supreme Court' by 'Division of Appeals of the Court of First Instance'.
