The criminal matters of which pursuant to law the appellate sessions or sections of the Court of First Instance may take cognizance shall continue to be prosecuted in the Supreme or Court of First Instance, as the case may be, in the same manner as until the present time, pursuant to the Rules of the Supreme Court and the Rules of Criminal Procedure in force.
