Equipment not belonging to the court may be used provided that after recording, the tapes are kept under the control of the Office of the Clerk. The equipment to be used at the taking of depositions by the parties shall be compatible with the court’s equipment, that is, VHS videotaping equipment, on ½-inch wide tape, at a two-hour speed.
