(a) When videotaping has been done by an officer of the court, he shall have custody of the tape until he gets to the court, where he shall deliver it to an officer of the Office of the Clerk.(b) If the person who did the videotaping is not an officer of the court, the tape shall be placed in a duly identified envelope that shall be sealed and signed by counsel for the parties. Except when otherwise stipulated, counsel for the party requesting the videotaping shall be responsible for filing it [with] the Office of the Clerk on the following working day.
