At the request of a party, the Court may order a recorded tape to be copied or edited. In these cases, the following procedure should be followed:(a) The movant shall coordinate with the Administrative Judge of the Judicial Center and, after an appointment to that effect, shall appear at the office of the Videotaping Unit to make a copy of or edit the tape he requested.(b) In cases where the tape is copied or edited, the original shall be kept under the control of Court officials, and shall be available on the day of the trial for verification.(c) The other parties, or their representatives, may be present while the tape is being copied or edited and may ask for their own copies.
