The Examiner shall set a date for the informal hearing, which shall be held within a period that shall not exceed thirty (30) days from the date the record is delivered to him; the judge [subject to] the petition for separation and the Administrative director of the Courts, both of whom shall appear at the hearing, shall be served notice thereof not less than ten (10) days prior to the date set.
