A Joint Legislative Committee on the Judiciary Branch Reorganization Plans is hereby created. It shall consist of nine (9) Senators appointed by the President of the Senate, and nine (9) Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House. Not less than three (3) Senators and not less than three (3) Representatives on the Committee shall be members of the Parliamentary Minority in both Chambers. In their first meeting, the members of the committee shall adopt its Bylaw and shall provide for the designation of the Presiding Officer.The Joint Committee shall be empowered to carry out its labors from the date of approval of this act, until June 30, 1996.
