The sum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is hereby appropriated under the custody of the Office of Management and Budget, from any available funds in the Commonwealth Treasury, without being subject to any specific fiscal year, to perform the task entrusted to the Governor of Puerto Rico under this chapter. Two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) are also appropriated to the Senate of Puerto Rico, and two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to the House of Representatives, to carry out the corresponding evaluation by the Legislature.
