The Court of Appeals shall be an intermediate court between the Supreme Court and the Court of First Instance. It shall be a court of record and shall perform the functions set forth by law. History —Aug. 22, 2003, No. 201, § 4.001, eff. 90 days after Aug. 22, 2003.
