The Supreme Court shall designate a Committee to collaborate with it in matters of discipline or severance from office of the judges of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeals. The Committee shall be empowered to hold hearings on the alleged conduct or health condition and to make recommendations to the Supreme Court.
