The following terms as used in this chapter shall have the meaning indicated hereinbelow, unless another meaning is inferred from the context:(a) Commission or Judiciary Evaluation Commission.— The Judiciary Evaluation Commission attached to the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, created by this chapter.(b) Commission or Judicial Evaluation Commission.— The Judicial Evaluation Commission attached to Office of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, created by this chapter.(c) Governor.— The Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(d) Judges of the Court of First Instance.— The Judges of the Supreme Court, the District Court, and Municipal Judges.(e) Office or Judiciary Appointments Office.— The Judiciary Appointments Office that is created by this chapter, and which shall be part of the Office of the Governor itself.
