Three (3) members of the Commission shall take office for a one-year term; three (3), for a two (2) -year term, and three (3), for a three (3) -year term, including in this last group the Judge of the Supreme Court who is a member of the Commission. The terms of office after this appointment, shall be of three (3) years. At the moment of making the first appointments, the members that shall belong to each group of three (3), shall be determined.The members of the Commission shall remain in office until their successors are appointed and take office.
