The court shall, upon the filing of the petition referred to in § 338 of this title, issue a summons requiring and directing the witness to appear and testify or to produce the evidence required of him, or both, before the proper official of the Office of Court Administration, and any disobedience of the order issued by the court shall be punished as contempt.
