The Administrative Director of the Office of Court Administration is hereby empowered to establish, upon consultation with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the corresponding procedure so that documents signed by a judge on petition, or in the discharge of his ministerial duties, be written and signed legibly; Provided, That under the signature of the judge his full name must appear typewritten or handwritten in printing type.
