Each secretary of the Court of First Instance shall keep such books as are prescribed by the different Codes of Puerto Rico; and the Chief Justice may direct the form and style of the record to be kept by the secretaries of the Court of First Instance, but the same shall be uniform throughout the General Court of Justice.
