If the former marshal refuses or neglects to deliver to his successor the process and papers in his charge, the Court of First Instance, or any judge thereof, may, upon application, order the delivery of the process and papers. History —Mar. 10, 1904, p. 111, § 25, eff. July 1, 1904.
