Any person may file a written complaint with the Administrative Director alleging that all or part of the data captured in the Criminal Justice Information System under his/her name is incorrect, incomplete, or unauthorized by law. The complaint shall state the grounds for the allegation, any complementary or substitute data that must allegedly be on record, and the specific information that allegedly has been entered without legal basis. Complaints in connection with the process described above shall be filed within ten (10) days after the delivery of a copy of the requested information.Any complaint filed under this section, as well as the corresponding judicial review shall observe the procedures and the terms established in §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.
