The following shall be considered a serious offence, whose punishment shall range from unpaid suspension, to dismissal or removal from work:(1) Any official or employee who is working with the Protocol and intentionally fails to carry out his/her duties or willingly refuses to carry out the duties and/or responsibilities of his/her office or position, as provided in this chapter and, as a result of said action or omission, the parameters established in this chapter are not met.(2) Any official or employee who is working with the Protocol and, knowingly or intentionally, enters incorrect data in the system or unlawfully uses the data stored in the CJIS, for his/her benefit or the benefit of a third-party.Disciplinary action shall be taken in accordance with the procedures established through the regulations of the respective government entities comprising the Intergovernmental Committee.
