Employees and officials who, at the time of approval of this act, were attached to the CJIS shall keep their vested rights as guaranteed by the Federal and Commonwealth laws, as well as any agreements in effect. Moreover, all the regulations of the CJIS, adopted under §§ 531 et seq. of this title, shall continue in effect until the new regulations are approved. History —Aug. 26, 2014, No. 143, § 16.
