(a) The Parole Board is hereby authorized to pay per diems and mileage to the persons who, upon summons or notice, appear at hearings before said Board, or before an examiner appointed by it.(b) The Parole Board shall adopt the necessary regulations to determine the amount and manner of payment of the per diems and mileage provided in the preceding subsection. Said regulations must be approved by the Secretary of Justice and shall also be promulgated in accordance with Act June 30, 1957, No. 112. History —May 15, 1962, No. 11, p. 9, §§ 1, 2.
