It shall be the duty of all courts of justice, prosecuting attorneys, departments of the Commonwealth government, municipal offices and any other Commonwealth or municipal officials, to forward such information as may be required of them by the Secretary of Justice and also to fill out the blanks sent to them for that purpose.
