(a) The Puerto Rico Access to Justice Fund (hereinafter the 'Fund') is hereby created.(b) Every depository institution shall remit to the Fund any interest earned in accounts identified and described as IOLTA accounts in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, which shall be denominated as IOLTA Funds.(c) The Fund may receive income from other sources as defined by law or regulations.
