Whenever the Supreme Court in any of the cases hereinabove specified resolves to admit a person to the practice of law, it shall cause said person to take before it the oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the laws of Puerto Rico, and to perform well and faithfully the duties of his profession; and after said oath has been taken, it shall order that there be issued to the interested person a certificate of admission which shall be the document accrediting his authority to practice law in this Commonwealth.
