The Supreme Court of Puerto Rico shall set forth, pursuant to this §§ 721—726, 740 and 741 of this title, the rules it deems proper and necessary for its faithful compliance. All funds collected from the fee that in accordance with said rules are established, shall be covered into the Special Fund of the Judicial Branch, created in the Department of the Treasury by § 1482e of Title 32, to be used for the benefit of said Branch, in the manner and for the purposes provided therein.
