Any voluntarily affiliated member who fails to pay his/her dues, though otherwise qualified as a member of the Association, shall be suspended as such member, but may be reinstated on payment of his/her debt on this account. History —May 14, 1932, No. 43, p. 522, § 10; Oct. 13, 2009, No. 121, § 5.
