The sum deemed necessary to pay the custodians of the notarial districts created by § 36 of the Law Regulating Notarial Practice in Puerto Rico, to contribute to the expenses of the general keepers, to maintain adequate quarters, and for such other necessary services that may be required, shall be set aside in the general budget of regular operating expenses of the Judicial Branch.
