Powers of attorney, minutes, and all other documents of any kind made before a notary public, in which no amount is fixed, shall pay for the original one dollar each, and for each copy, fifty (50) cents each; Provided, That for deeds the sole purpose of which is the acknowledgment of natural children, no fee whatever shall be paid either for the original or for copies thereof.
