The provisions of §§ 851—858 of this title shall not be applicable to the duplicate of the copy of the contracts of advances for agricultural purposes and grinding of cane which may be presented to the registrar and which are to be filed to form the record prescribed by § 7 of Act March 10, 1910, No. 37.
