For each sworn statement or affidavit executed, every notary shall have the duty to cancel a five dollar ($5.00) stamp to be adopted and issued by the Legal Aid Society. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby empowered to adopt and issue Legal Aid Society stamps electronically, or to establish other collection mechanisms that shall serve the same purpose as the stamp issued by said Society in accordance with this Act.
