The Administration shall be under the direction of a Correctional Administrator who shall be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate of Puerto Rico. The salary of the Administrator shall be sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) annually.\nThe Administrator shall appoint an Assistant Administrator.
