In compliance with subsection (a) of this section, if the surviving spouse concurs with minors, full-time students or disabled children of the decease member of the Custody Officers Corps, each part shall receive fifty percent (50%) of the compensation.In the absence of the surviving spouse, the full one hundred percent (100%) of the compensation shall correspond to the minors, full-time students or disabled children. In absence of all of the above, the same one hundred percent (100%) shall correspond to the ascendants of the decedent, provided they were his/her dependents. History —Aug. 19, 1996, No. 140, § 3.
