The Manager of the State Insurance Fund is hereby authorized to promulgate the necessary regulations to carry out the purposes of this chapter in whatever concerns the application of §§ 1 et seq. of Title 11.\nHistory —July 22, 1974, No. 116, Part 1, p. 501, § 25, retroactive to July 1, 1974.
