The Administrator is authorized to accept, in the name of the government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, donations for the purpose of carrying out the programs of houses. In such cases where the donation is made in money, the amount received shall be deposited in the special fund established in § 1203 of this title to be used for the purposes provided in the donation.\nHistory —July 22, 1974, No. 116, Part 1, p. 501, § 30, retroactive to July 1, 1974.
