The Corrections Administrator is hereby authorized to denominate the public buildings where the offices, dependencies and institutions of the Corrections Administration are located, with the names of those deceased public servants of the correctional system, who were members of the Custody Officers Corps, Sociopenal Services Technicians or other employees or officials, who honorably complied with the duties corresponding to the position or office he/she filled, through exceptional public service in benefit of the rehabilitation of convicts and inmates.\nHistory —July 22, 1974, No. 116, Part 1, p. 501, added as § 56 [bis] on Aug. 20, 1996, No. 151, § 1; renumbered as § 61 on Oct. 31, 2001, No. 151, § 15.
