All property or any interest therein; records, files and documents; funds already appropriated or to be available in the future, including superavits; shares, assets and credits of any kind; obligations and contracts of any type; rights and privileges of any nature; licenses, permits and authorizations and any other belongings of the Parole Board created by Act No. 59 of June 19, 1965 are hereby transferred to the Parole Board herein created.\nHistory —July 22, 1974, No. 118, Part 1, p. 540, § 10, retroactive to July 1, 1974.
