For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings stated below:\n(a) Corporation.— Means the Employment and Training Enterprises Corporation.\n(b) Executive Director or Director.— Means the person who is responsible for the general administration of the Corporation.\n(c) Governor.— Means the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\n(d) Governing Board or Board.— Means the Governing Board of the Corporation.\n(e) Participants.— Means the beneficiaries of the Corporation’s programs and activities.\nHistory —Aug. 6, 1991, No. 47, § 2; Jan. 4, 2010, No. 4, § 1.
