The Corporation shall have the authority to sell its products, goods and services to the institutions of the Correctional Administration or the Juvenile Institutions Administration, or to the departments, agencies, corporations and instrumentalities of the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as to the municipalities, federal agencies and any state of the United States of America.\nIt may also extend the sale of its products, goods and services to juridical persons such as organizations, associations, partnerships, churches, private schools, groups, entities and nonprofit institutions, and to other natural and juridical persons, in the manner that is most beneficial to the Corporation’s interests and the public interest.\nThe Corporation may make use of §§ 2301 et seq. of Title 3, known as 'Act to Establish a Prompt Payment System for Purveyors of Goods and Services to the Government', in the sale of its products, goods or services to departments, agencies, corporations and instrumentalities of the Government of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Aug. 6, 1991, No. 47, § 16, eff. 30 days after Aug. 6, 1991.
