It shall be the responsibility of the Corrections Administration, in the case of the prisoners in Penal Institutions, in close coordination with the medical officials of the Administration of Mental Health and Addiction Services in cases of drug addicts, to draw up the corresponding norms and procedures pursuant to what is established in this chapter for the release of prisoners who are AIDS patients or have other terminal diseases.
